Christmas Party Band Hire UK | DDFK Live Festive Band
Looking for a Christmas party band that brings more than background music? DDFK combines live brass, festive favourites, pop and rock anthems, singalongs and plenty of crowd interaction for Christmas parties and winter events across the UK.
With 30+ years of live performance experience, DDFK can perform as a roaming band or from the stage, with flexible line-ups for corporate Christmas parties, markets, light switch-ons, private celebrations and larger public events.
The DDFK Christmas Party Show
DDFK mixes live brass, festive favourites, pop and rock anthems, German party songs and crowd singalongs into one lively Christmas show.
The band can welcome guests, roam through the venue, lift the room after dinner or take over the stage later in the evening when the party is in full swing.
Festive outfits, live musicians and audience interaction make the performance feel like part of the celebration, not just background music.
What Music Does Our Christmas Party Band Play?
DDFK mixes well-known Christmas songs with pop, rock and party favourites, so the set feels festive without staying stuck on Christmas music all night.
Expect singalong classics, big crowd songs and upbeat brass arrangements that work well for office parties, markets, winter events and larger celebrations.
We can also bring in German and European party favourites where they suit the event. For more of that style, see our German Band UK page.
Christmas Party Band Hire for Events Across the UK
DDFK brings live brass, festive music and a full party-band show to Christmas events across the UK. The format can be adapted for indoor venues, outdoor events, roaming performances or a bigger stage show.
Corporate Christmas Parties
Bring the band in for office parties, Christmas dinners, awards nights and end-of-year celebrations. DDFK mixes festive favourites with pop, rock and big singalong songs that work once the party gets going.
Christmas Markets & Light Switch-Ons
Live brass works especially well for Christmas markets, town-centre events and light switch-ons. The band can perform outdoors, move through the crowd and bring music into different parts of the event.
Private Parties & Winter Celebrations
DDFK can perform at private Christmas parties, winter weddings and festive gatherings where you want something more lively than background music. The line-up and performance style can be planned around the venue and guest numbers.
Christmas Parades & Community Events
For lantern parades, winter festivals and larger community celebrations, DDFK can perform as a moving brass band or as part of a fixed event programme. For larger parade-style performances, see our Marching Band.
DDFK Christmas Performances & Experience
DDFK has performed at Christmas and winter events across the UK, including the Dartford Festival of Light in 2023, 2024 and 2025 and the Snodland Christmas Light & Lantern Parade in 2025.
Our Christmas history also includes performances at the Bristol and Rochester German Christmas Markets and a Christmas event at the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
This experience covers everything from moving lantern parades and outdoor markets to formal events and large festive celebrations, giving DDFK a strong track record beyond the usual Christmas party stage show.

I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so so much for being a part of our wedding reception at Trinity Buoy Wharf on 30th December.
It truly was incredible when the band walked in, and it really set the tone for the rest of the day. People haven’t stopped talking to us about how great you were.
We are awaiting the photos through from our photographer, but we will be sure to share these with you when they come through and please let us know if there is anywhere you’d like us to leave a review, as we would be happy to write one.
Exceptional entertainment.
Following Friday’s Oktoberfest at RAF Coningsby, I have been bombarded with messages praising the exceptional entertainment provided by the band Die Dorf Fest Kapelle. It was indeed a night to remember, though I hope to forget the hangover more quickly! On behalf of all who attended the function, I would be delighted if you could pass on my sincere thanks to the band members. Rest assured I will be highly recommending that they be booked for next year’s event as soon as date can be confirmed. I would like to thank you also for your support in finding and securing the booking.
One of my most memorable parties.
Die Dorf Fest Kapelle made my Dad’s 60th Birthday one of my most memorable parties. They were seamless and entertained a group of 70 strong party goers of varying ages. They were really friendly and I wouldn’t think twice about having them back in the future.
Our guests loved them!
Great fun with loads of positive comments from guests. And genuinely positive comments not just being polite. They loved them! I Would certainly recommend them without hesitation, the guests were falling off the benches with enthusiasm. I still keep getting positive comments and cards from friends!
They held everyone’s attention!
Die Dorf Fest Kapelle Oompah Band were a great addition to Northampton’s German Christmas Market for Dec 2014.
A fabulous combination of traditional oompah music, combined with Lady Gaga, The Pet Shop Boys, and a smattering of techno and disco….
The faces of the punters at the beer keller were a picture, as they realised just what they were dancing to..!..just great.
From beer supping officer workers on their lunch, to pensioners on shopping trips, they held everyone’s attention, with much smiling and dancing.
Great outfits, great musicianship, good times.
