FAQs About Hiring DDFK Oompah Band
How much does it cost to hire DDFK Oompah Band in the UK?
The cost depends on factors like event type, location, performance length, and show format. Weddings, Oktoberfest events, and corporate bookings are all priced differently. The best way to get an accurate quote is to share your event details with us.
What’s the difference between the stage show and the Bierkeller show?
The stage show is a structured performance designed for venues with a fixed performance area, while the Bierkeller show is a roaming, highly interactive set where the band moves through the crowd and keeps the energy high without a formal setup.
Do you perform at weddings and private parties?
Yes. We regularly perform at weddings, birthday parties, private celebrations, and family events, adapting the music and pacing to suit the crowd and the atmosphere you want to create.
Do you provide sound equipment and setup?
Yes. We arrive fully prepared with the necessary equipment for the chosen show format and coordinate with venues or organisers to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
How far in advance should we book the band?
Popular dates, especially during Oktoberfest season, summer weddings, and Christmas events, tend to book early. We recommend getting in touch as soon as your date is confirmed to avoid disappointment.

I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so so much for being a part of our wedding reception at Trinity Buoy Wharf on 30th December.
It truly was incredible when the band walked in, and it really set the tone for the rest of the day. People haven’t stopped talking to us about how great you were.
We are awaiting the photos through from our photographer, but we will be sure to share these with you when they come through and please let us know if there is anywhere you’d like us to leave a review, as we would be happy to write one.
Exceptional entertainment.
Following Friday’s Oktoberfest at RAF Coningsby, I have been bombarded with messages praising the exceptional entertainment provided by the band Die Dorf Fest Kapelle. It was indeed a night to remember, though I hope to forget the hangover more quickly! On behalf of all who attended the function, I would be delighted if you could pass on my sincere thanks to the band members. Rest assured I will be highly recommending that they be booked for next year’s event as soon as date can be confirmed. I would like to thank you also for your support in finding and securing the booking.
One of my most memorable parties.
Die Dorf Fest Kapelle made my Dad’s 60th Birthday one of my most memorable parties. They were seamless and entertained a group of 70 strong party goers of varying ages. They were really friendly and I wouldn’t think twice about having them back in the future.
Our guests loved them!
Great fun with loads of positive comments from guests. And genuinely positive comments not just being polite. They loved them! I Would certainly recommend them without hesitation, the guests were falling off the benches with enthusiasm. I still keep getting positive comments and cards from friends!
They held everyone’s attention!
Die Dorf Fest Kapelle Oompah Band were a great addition to Northampton’s German Christmas Market for Dec 2014.
A fabulous combination of traditional oompah music, combined with Lady Gaga, The Pet Shop Boys, and a smattering of techno and disco….
The faces of the punters at the beer keller were a picture, as they realised just what they were dancing to..!..just great.
From beer supping officer workers on their lunch, to pensioners on shopping trips, they held everyone’s attention, with much smiling and dancing.
Great outfits, great musicianship, good times.
